decided to set up his own business, he asked us to write, design and
build a site that would help clients to understand stone and the
stunning products that can be made from it. He also wanted to convey
high-quality stone working as a craft, not just a building process,
creating an engaging and accessible site for retail and commercial
customers. The design focus was on a solid presence, skillfully
finished. Customers can see stone samples close-up, and clear sections on the
site provide instant access to relevant information for commercial
clients and those wishing to view Richard's original fireplace range. We
constructed the site from the ground up, hewn from the web's very own
raw materials, HTML and CSS, shaped and turned into a bespoke website,
and completed with a strong identity and professionally commissioned
photography. An enduring site that conveys the beauty, versatility and permanence of Richard's work.
